Language Resource Home Learning

Here are some ideas for you to complete with your child:

BBC Supermovers is a good way to learn and exercise at the same time.

Top Marks is another good website to support learning including counting and place value, the children particularly enjoy Hit The Button. It's good for practising number bonds and times tables.‚Äč  There are lots of English games too.

Twinkl (a school activities website) There are lots of activities for you to access including speech and language games.

Phonics Play is currently free for a period of time.

Number Blocks: Have a look at the videos at the bottom of the page.

Time table Rockstars

Reading and sharing books. Talk about the story and characters as you read. Can you draw a picture of your favourite character?

Use the websites suggested above and the learning at home packs. Practise telling the time.

Use Twinkl to support learning of the changing seasons, also use the home learning pack to find out more about materials.

Can you write a food menu or a daily timetable using picture and key words. Can you write sentences using Colourful Semantics or sequence a story? (Twinkl, SALT packs).

Playing boards games will support many areas of learning including turn taking and listening skills
